This position is 100% on-site in ROSARIO. Only candidates currently residing in Rosario or the immediate surrounding area will be considered.

We are looking for a Functional Analyst with experience in insurance.

Someone who understands how insurance companies operate and knows how to translate that logic into scalable technological solutions.

Your mission will be:

• Document functional requirements in a clear, organized, and complete manner
• Prioritize customer needs and confirm that what is requested truly reflects what is needed.
• Assess complexity and design conceptual models.
• Define testing criteria to verify that deliverables meet requirements.
• Validate that deliverables meet functional and business expectations.
• Identify potential risks and define preventative measures.
• Verify final functionality, develop user manuals, and keep functional documentation up to date.

Essential requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Previous experience in insurance companies or insurance technology companies.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Experience in project management and agile teams.
• Degree or advanced studies in computer science or software development-related fields.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
